Role Overview

The Caregiver provides essential hands-on support to residents, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through personalized care and meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow and document changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents with conversation and activities to foster well-being
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
