Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans (ISP).

Key responsibilities include promoting safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents in conversations and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Effective communication with families and care team members is essential. The role requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and excellent communication skills
