Care Manager

Caregiver Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes to ensure personalized care.
Promote safety, dignity, and independence while engaging residents through conversation and daily activities to enhance their quality of life.
Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
In Memory Care settings, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Communicate effectively with families and care team members to coordinate care and ensure resident well-being.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties:
Assist residents with daily activities, promote safety and independence, engage residents in meaningful interactions, support dining and environment upkeep, and communicate with families and team members.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay range from $17.20 to $21.55 per hour.
