Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes.
Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key duties.
In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
This role offers paid training, career growth opportunities, and a competitive pay range of $18.00 – $22.52.
