Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through personalized care and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
  • Following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes
  • Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents
  • Engaging residents through conversation and activities to foster well-being
  • Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
  • Communicating effectively with families and care team members
  • Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication abilities
