Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care settings, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties:

  • Assist with personal care and daily activities
  • Document changes and follow care plans
  • Engage residents and support their well-being
  • Support dining and maintain a safe environment
  • Communicate effectively with families and care team members
