Role: Provides direct patient care in a telemetry unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
Responsibilities: Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, participates in safety and quality activities, develops and documents individualized care plans, assesses physical and psychosocial needs, and ensures effective communication across care teams.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have an RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; BSN preferred. No prior experience required, but less than 2 years of experience is preferred. Critical nursing skills, safety awareness, and ability to evaluate diverse patient needs are essential.
