Role Overview:
Seeking a Full-Time Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) to perform advanced cardiac testing such as transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, stress testing, holter monitoring, and doppler studies across various hospital locations. The role involves maintaining accurate patient logs, updating charges, and managing cardiac lab files.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing diagnostic tests and procedures
- Maintaining detailed patient documentation
- Utilizing cardiac lab systems for data entry and billing
- Participating in learning opportunities for cutting-edge echo-guided procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s Degree or Trade School equivalency
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or equivalent certification
- Experience not required; new grads welcome
- Preferred: 2+ years of related experience and CPR certification
