Role Overview: The position involves performing various cardiac tests and procedures, such as transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, treadmill stress testing, holter monitoring, stress echo, and cardiac Doppler.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting tests at multiple locations
- Maintaining accurate patient logs and cardiac lab files
- Updating charges and utilizing lab computer systems
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- RDCS certification (or equivalent) required
- No prior experience necessary; experience in echocardiography-related roles is preferred
- Preferred education includes an Associate’s Degree in Allied Health/Sonography with 2+ years of experience
- CPR certification is a plus
Additional Information: This PRN role offers day shifts without on-call requirements. The ideal candidate may be a new graduate or experienced sonographer. Successful applicants will undergo an interview process with contact from a Talent Advisor.
