Night Shift Registered Nurse (Cardiac Progressive Care Unit)
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for cardiac step-down patients. Perform continuous assessment and cardiac monitoring, manage complex medications, and respond to changes in patient condition, including support of rapid response needs. Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, coordinated care.
Educate patients and families to promote understanding of conditions, treatments, and self-care. Maintain clinical standards, document nursing care accurately, and ensure effective communication across the care team.
Key Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- Experience or strong knowledge in cardiac/step-down or progressive care settings
- Proficiency in continuous assessment and cardiac monitoring
- Strong skills in complex medication management
- Effective collaboration and patient/family education skills
