Perform physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions in outpatient settings. Utilize EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and eClinicalWorks for documentation, coding, and billing. Coordinate referrals to specialists and interpret lab and imaging results to guide treatment. Educate patients on health topics like nutrition and weight management. Manage conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, ensuring HIPAA compliance and infection control. The role requires at least 1 year of nurse practitioner experience and an active APRN license.
