Provide high-quality, culturally appropriate family medical care focused on prevention and community health.
Serve as a team leader, ensuring efficient clinic operations, managing patient care, conducting exams, diagnostics, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with specialists, participate in inpatient care and procedures, and support clinical guideline updates.
Maintain hospital privileges, communicate with community agencies, and provide off-hours coverage if needed.
Mentor staff, teach students, and demonstrate leadership to enhance patient and staff experiences.
Qualifications include MD/DO, board certification/eligibility in Family Practice, valid licensure, and preferably bilingual in Spanish.
Experience in ambulatory care and proficiency in electronic health records are preferred.
