We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Global Reward Services practice.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the design and management of employee benefit plans for complex clients, including analysis, design, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking. Serving as project manager and primary client contact, coordinating work across teams and offices. Maintaining client relationships, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior staff. Managing engagement risks, compliance, billing, collections, and budgeting. Identifying opportunities, presenting technical recommendations, and contributing to market activities. Qualifications: Minimum five years (Senior Manager: eight years) of experience in employer benefit strategies. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; professional designations such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or advanced degrees like MBA, CEBS, CCP, etc., are preferred. Experience leading large client engagements, managing multiple projects, and providing industry expertise. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
