Benefits Consulting Associate/Senior Associate

This role involves providing benefits and HR-related services within a dynamic team, supporting Health & Welfare projects for complex clients.
Key responsibilities include: designing benefits plans, strategy support, renewals, benchmarking, and compliance.
Building and managing relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and technical expertise.
Managing engagement risks, financial performance, and advising clients on benefits strategies.
Participating in market activities and maintaining professional integrity.
Additional duties for Senior Associate: project management support, coordinating work across offices, and guiding staff.
Qualifications: minimum one year (Associate) or three years (Senior Associate) experience in employer benefit strategies, with consulting preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; strong analytical, communication, and project management skills mandated.
Ability to prioritize, work efficiently, and manage multiple projects in a team environment.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and work at client sites.
Additional leadership skills are preferred for Senior Associate.
