Qualifications: minimum one year (Associate) or three years (Senior Associate) experience in employer benefit strategies, with consulting preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; strong analytical, communication, and project management skills mandated.
Ability to prioritize, work efficiently, and manage multiple projects in a team environment.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and work at client sites.
Additional leadership skills are preferred for Senior Associate.
