Behavioral Health Senior Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: The Senior Clinical Administrative Nurse conducts outbound outreach to engage members, assess needs, and promote clinical services.

Responsibilities include supporting members with healthcare navigation, care coordination, and education on health resources, behavioral health, and emergency care. The nurse collaborates with members, caregivers, providers, and clinical teams to facilitate efficient, coordinated care, balancing clinical assessment with operational productivity.

Qualifications: Must hold an unrestricted RN license, with at least 2 years of acute and behavioral health nursing experience. Basic computer skills are required. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, case management, managed care, and utilization management experience.

Skills & Soft Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, teamwork, and adaptability in a dynamic environment are essential. Ability to work primarily on the phone with minimal supervision is necessary.

Additional details include working hours, documentation standards, and the importance of adherence to policies. Compensation ranges from $60,200 to $107,400 annually, with benefits and incentives offered.
