Behavior Interventionist (ABA)
Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and young adults with autism in home, school, and center-based settings.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized treatment aligned with ABA goals and behavior plans
- Collect, record, and report client data to support progress monitoring
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and interdisciplinary team members
- Support and participate in parent training to reinforce strategies at home
- Maintain compassionate, safety-focused, and professional client care
Qualifications & skills:
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
- Ability to implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable data collection and documentation practices
- Patience, empathy, and commitment to continuous learning
