Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA using evidence-based ABA strategies
- Collect and record data to track skill acquisition, behavior, and progress
- Support skill-building and behavior reduction goals consistent with the treatment plan
- Collaborate with families and a clinical team to ensure consistent, child-centered care
- Follow treatment and documentation procedures and participate in ongoing training
- Contribute to a mission-driven environment focused on helping children reach their fullest potential
