Job Summary
The full-time Audiologist provides high-level audiologic care within a team-based, fast-paced ENT clinic, assessing and treating patients across all ages for hearing, balance, and communication disorders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Identify and evaluate hearing loss using diagnostic equipment.Perform vestibular assessments, interpret results, and advise patients on balance issues.Manage treatments involving hearing aids, assistive devices, cochlear implants, and bone-anchored systems, including programming and counseling.Conduct audiological tests such as pediatric and standard audiometry, VNG, EcochG, and ABR/ASSR.Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and participate in ongoing education and professional development.Fit patients with custom and non-custom hearing protection and participate in quality improvement initiatives. **Qualifications:**
Doctoral Degree in Audiology (Au.D. or Ph.D.).State licensure as an Audiologist (Texas required).Preferred: ASHA CCC certification and experience with Epic EMR.Skills & Attributes: Strong diagnostic, technical, and counseling skills; ability to work collaboratively; commitment to professional growth; adherence to regulatory standards.
