Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to oversee and supervise behavioral health trainees, develop Spanish-language training programs, and provide direct clinical services.
Responsibilities include supervising approximately 6 Spanish-speaking trainees, ensuring culturally-sensitive, ethical care, managing training operations, and supporting staff development.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, 5+ years of clinical experience, 3+ years of supervision, fluency in Spanish and English, and licensure in California.
