Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to oversee and supervise behavioral health training programs, primarily serving Spanish-speaking populations in Southern Sonoma County & West Marin.
Provide clinical care within scope of licensure, maintaining a caseload of clients.Develop and implement culturally-sensitive, Spanish-language training modules for behavioral health trainees.Supervise and mentor approximately 6 bilingual trainees and counselors, ensuring clinical, ethical, and program standards.Manage day-to-day operations of mental health services delivered by trainees; participate in recruitment, performance reviews, and quality improvement.Collaborate with leadership on evaluating staff performance and training standards.Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, at least 5 years of clinical experience, 3 years of supervision, and fluency in Spanish and English.Requires valid CA license, reliable transportation, and experience working with underserved communities.**Benefits:** comprehensive health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) matching, and more.
