Associate Patient Care Coordinator

Role Overview: Responsible for delivering patient-oriented service in clinical or front office settings, performing clerical and administrative duties to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and checking in patients, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and processing paperwork.
  • Entering and verifying patient data in computer systems, coordinating referrals, pre-authorizations, and benefits.
  • Responding to patient inquiries with compassion, generating reports, and maintaining registration requirements across various departments.
  • Scheduling appointments and ensuring accurate documentation.

  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • High School Diploma/GED; 1+ year experience in healthcare, customer service, or office setting.
  • Proficiency in typing, basic math, and familiarity with medical terminology and insurance procedures preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts within a 24/7 schedule, standing for long periods, and reliable transportation.

  • Additional Info: Full-time role with paid training, competitive pay ($16.15–$28.80/hr), and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. External candidates only; internal candidates are ineligible for sign-on bonuses.
