We are seeking a dedicated Associate Division Head for a full-time role in Urgent Care, based in Grand Rapids and Muskegon.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Division Head in strategic planning and implementing divisional initiatives
- Managing daily operations such as scheduling, workflow, and policy enforcement
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering professional growth among staff
- Participating in hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and performance management
- Overseeing budgets, resources, and ensuring compliance with policies
- Representing the division in meetings and cross-functional collaborations
- Stepping in for the Division Head when necessary to maintain leadership continuity
Qualifications include:
- Current licensure as MD/DO, PA-C, or NP in Michigan
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
