We are seeking a compassionate Resident Associate to support residents in a faith-informed, resident-centered community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living and personal needs
- Supporting residents to promote dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life
- Observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Documenting care following established procedures
- Collaborating with nursing and care teams
- Communicating respectfully with residents and families
Qualifications and skills:
- Patience, reliability, integrity, and a service-oriented attitude
- Prior senior-care experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally through training opportunities
