Role: Assistant Residential Manager for 2nd shift, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based group home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support for residents, including medication administration and assistance with ADLs.
- Coach and support staff to ensure quality care and adherence to person-centered plans.
- Assist with scheduling and help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
- Support behavior management and document care activities accurately.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote dignity, independence, and community inclusion.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a person-centered approach.
