Role Overview: Coordinates patient care, personnel management, equipment maintenance, and statistical tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development.
- Participate in departmental staffing, budgeting, and respond to changes affecting goals.
- Oversee patient care according to planned interventions, ensuring documentation aligns with policies.
- Develop and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
- Monitor staff productivity, manage payroll, reconcile time cards, and coordinate staff communication and scheduling.
- Conduct performance reviews, address disciplinary actions, and support staff development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years for associate’s, 5-10 years for bachelor’s degree holders; supervisory experience preferred.
- License: RN required.
