This role is for an Assistant Nurse Manager in the PACU at Parkview Tower, overseeing a 44-bed unit with 60-70 daily cases, including minimally invasive surgery and interventional radiology.
It offers 4 ten-hour shifts from 10A-8:30P, promoting work/life balance.
Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, developing staffing and budget plans, overseeing equipment and operations, and conducting performance evaluations.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Nursing, RN license, and 2-5 years of nursing experience, with preferred experience of 5-10 years and supervisory roles.
