Assistant Nurse Manager – PACU

Role Overview:

The Assistant Nurse Manager PACU oversees patient care, personnel management, equipment maintenance, and departmental operations in a 44-bed unit. Responsibilities include hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development. The role involves managing staffing, budgets, and ensuring compliance with policies, while fostering collaborative care plans tailored to patient needs. Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (RN license required)
2-5 years of nursing experience, with preferred 5-10 years
Experience in PACU or critical care is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage staffing, budgets, and staff development effectively
