Role Overview
This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing departmental operations in an outpatient infusion setting focused on oncology treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development.
- Develop and adhere to departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, responding to business changes.
- Provide patient care aligned with planned interventions, ensuring documentation compliance.
- Create and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
- Oversee staff scheduling, payroll updates, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and staff communication.
- Ensure departmental productivity and operational goals are met, with a focus on safety and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- 2-5 years RN experience, with oncology experience preferred.
- Licensure as an RN is mandatory.
- Leadership and supervisory experience are desirable.

- Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.
