Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff performance, conduct evaluations, and ensure productivity aligns with operational goals.
- Participate in staffing, budgeting, and resource planning efforts.
- Oversee patient care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, payroll, and communication, including hiring and disciplinary actions.
- Support departmental goals through leadership and compliance efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
- RN license required; BSN preferred.
- 2-5 years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong supervisory and management skills.
- Ability to lead a team, handle scheduling, and ensure quality patient care.
