Key Responsibilities

  • Manage staff performance, conduct evaluations, and ensure productivity aligns with operational goals.
  • Participate in staffing, budgeting, and resource planning efforts.
  • Oversee patient care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, payroll, and communication, including hiring and disciplinary actions.
  • Support departmental goals through leadership and compliance efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • RN license required; BSN preferred.
  • 2-5 years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong supervisory and management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team, handle scheduling, and ensure quality patient care.
