Role Overview:

Qualifications & Skills:
- RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred, with 5-10 years for advanced roles.
- Leadership skills including staff management, performance evaluation, and communication.
Key Duties:
- Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Ensure quality patient care tailored to developmental needs.
- Coordinate staff productivity, payroll, and operational objectives.
- Participate in budgeting and resource allocation.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and supervisory experience of at least 2 years.
