This role involves providing administrative support to Nurse Managers in a newly integrated inpatient spine unit that combines neurologic and orthopedic spine patients.
Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating patient care, overseeing performance, staffing, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with policies.
The ideal candidate has a BSN, RN license, 2-5 years of experience (preferably with some supervisory experience), and is capable of handling operational and clinical tasks.
