As a registered nurse with a BSN, you will coordinate patient care through a multidisciplinary team comprising oncology-trained nurses, advanced practice nurses, social workers, pharmacists, spiritual care providers, case managers, and physicians.
Key responsibilities include managing staffing, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring departmental productivity aligns with operational goals. You will develop and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments, oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and conduct performance reviews.
Qualifications include RN licensure, a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and 2-5 years of relevant experience; supervisory experience is preferred for advanced roles.
