Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; RN license required.
- Experience: 2-5 years in nursing; supervisory experience preferred, with 5-10 years of nursing experience ideal.
- Leadership: Ability to manage staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster team development.
- Additional skills: Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
