Assistant Nurse Manager – Cath Lab

Position Overview: An Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, supporting clinical excellence, safety, and service standards. The role involves functioning as a staff nurse or relief charge nurse and assuming leadership responsibilities as delegated by the Nurse Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing school
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
  • Current CPR certification and valid nursing license
  • National certification in specialty area or willingness to obtain within a year

Skills & Competencies:

  • Coaching, mentoring, and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in computer use and adaptable to new software
  • Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information, demonstrate flexibility, and work collaboratively
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory nursing requirements

  • Lead special projects and support continuous improvement efforts
