We are seeking a compassionate Assistant Nurse Manager to support our Acute Internal Medicine Unit.
The role involves assisting the Nurse Manager with daily operations, clinical oversight, staff development, and maintaining high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, coordinating patient care plans, overseeing staffing and productivity, and supporting departmental budgeting. The ANM will mentor staff, lead performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with policies. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, RN licensure, and 2+ years of RN experience; leadership experience is preferred. The position requires maintaining safety standards and fostering a collaborative work environment.
