We are hiring a full-time *Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant* to deliver podiatry-focused care in skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation facilities across West Central Arkansas, including Russellville, Atkins, and Dardanelle.
Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide wound care assessment, treatment, and management
- Deliver podiatry services to residents in assigned facilities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and facility staff
- Accurately document clinical findings and care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Educate staff and patients on foot and wound care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards
Qualifications:
- Active Arkansas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Interest or experience in podiatry and long-term care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Wound Care or Foot Care Certification is a plus but training available
