Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to provide routine and emergent anesthesia care for diverse patient populations at a military medical center.
Responsibilities include preoperative evaluations, administering regional and general anesthesia, overseeing nurse anesthetists, performing nerve blocks for pain management, managing recovery room activities, and participating in training.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Active DEA, ACLS, and BLS certifications
- At least one year of full-time practice experience in anesthesiology within the last year
Preferred qualifications include experience as a civilian contractor for a government facility.
