Join an established, physician-led anesthesia group serving three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering a diverse case mix and clinician autonomy.
Facilities include a 140-bed tertiary center with cardiac, orthopedics, and GI programs; a high-volume community hospital with L&D, women’s health, and robotic surgery; and a new Level II trauma center with neuro and orthopedic services.
Case types span cardiac, obstetric, orthopedic, general, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, urology, GI, and vascular anesthesia, providing opportunities for specialization or breadth.
The region boasts year-round sunshine, outdoor recreation, family-friendly communities, and proximity to San Diego and Los Angeles. All sites qualify for PSLF with full-time hours.
Requirements include MD/DO, completed ACGME residency, board eligibility, California license, and a collaborative approach. Fellowship is a plus.
Compensation ranges from $250-$330/hour, with sign-on and relocation bonuses, and benefits including relocation assistance.
