Join an established, physician-led anesthesia group providing coverage at three hospitals in Southern California’s Temecula Valley, offering a diverse case mix and a culture emphasizing clinician autonomy.
Our facilities include a 140-bed tertiary hospital with cardiac, orthopedic, and GI services; a high-volume community hospital with L&D and robotic surgery; and a new Level II trauma center with advanced neuro and orthopedic programs.
Cases span multiple subspecialties, including cardiac, obstetrics, orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, urology, GI, and vascular procedures.
The region offers an excellent quality of life with proximity to San Diego and Los Angeles, outdoor recreation, wine country, family-friendly communities, and affordable housing. All sites are eligible for PSLF for qualifying full-time providers.
Candidates should have an MD/DO, completed an ACGME residency, be board-certified or eligible, and hold or qualify for a California license. Fellowship training is a plus. We welcome board-certified and eligible anesthesiologists to apply, with sign-on and relocation bonuses available.
