- Practice in a collaborative team of two providers, focusing on continuity, shared patient panels, and onboarding support.
- Provide evidence-based primary care across all ages, emphasizing patient education and empowerment.
- Work four days per week with 32 direct patient hours, promoting work-life balance.
- Collaborate closely with a partner, maintain accurate documentation, and engage in quality improvement.
- Candidates should be licensed in Idaho, with primary care experience preferred.
