The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with Full Practice Authority will oversee the Medication Assisted Recovery (MAR) Mobile Unit, providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD).
The role involves assessments, medication management (methadone, Naltrexone, Buprenorphine), care coordination, and patient education in underserved communities, primarily in a mobile and community-based setting.
The position includes travel within the service region, working Monday-Friday in a flexible schedule, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities encompass medication dispensing, medical assessments, treatment planning, documentation, outreach, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications include a master’s or doctorate in nursing, active Illinois APN license, DEA registration, and experience in MAR treatment preferred.
