Provide urgent care and on-demand services, including evaluating patients, taking medical histories, and performing physical examinations.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; diagnose conditions; and prescribe appropriate treatments.
Coordinate patient care with collaborating physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity and appropriate referrals.
Maintain complete, accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality reviews and team huddles.
