This full-time position involves admitting and executing orders for adult inpatient medical patients, with responsibilities including obtaining sign-out from overnight teams and communicating patient issues to attending physicians to develop treatment plans.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited PA or Nurse Practitioner program, board certification by NCCPA or NPS, and a current NYS license. Candidates must maintain ACLS certification, complete 100 CME hours every two years, and adhere to Medical Staff Bylaws.
Preferred candidates have 1-2 years of inpatient medicine experience, strong clinical and interpersonal skills, teaching ability, and a desire to learn.
