Seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for part-time, school-based health services in rural West Virginia.
Work collaboratively with a healthcare team to deliver primary care, including diagnosing, managing conditions, prescribing treatments, and providing patient education.
Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, ordering tests, collaborating with team members, and participating in quality improvement activities.
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited program, national certification, WV licensure and prescriptive authority, BLS (ACLS preferred). New grads encouraged.
Schedule: Day shifts on Mondays and Thursdays, 7:30-4:00, with possible additional hours.
