- Responsibilities include: preparing patients and equipment, performing independent imaging studies (including on-call and portable exams), ensuring regulatory compliance (ACR, JC), overseeing quality assurance, and participating in safety and process improvement initiatives.
- Mentoring new staff and students under supervision, leading department projects, and promoting patient experience and employee engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate or Trade School diploma; 2-5 years of experience (preferred 5-10 years).
- Licenses such as R.T.(R), CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS; certifications like Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Intravenous Therapy.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate leadership in absence of supervision, and maintain safety standards.
