Provides comprehensive psychiatric clinical services to adults, including evaluation, medication management, crisis intervention, and consultation.
Oversees the quality of psychiatric care through clinician observation, case reviews, and interdepartmental collaboration.
Participates in staff meetings, resource management, policy development, and staff training.
Assists in developing system-wide policies and clinical programs to enhance service quality and supports accreditation efforts.
Requires an M.D. or D.O. with completed residency, Kentucky license, and eligibility for board certification; experience includes at least six months of structured psychiatric training.
Position involves occasional exposure risks, provides 24-hour call, and follows safety and quality standards.
