Participates in staff meetings, contributes to resource and policy development, and supports accreditation efforts. Develops and implements clinical programs and staff training.
Requires an MD or DO with specialization in adult psychiatry, licensure, and board eligibility. Must have at least six months of psychiatric training and strong communication skills.
