Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care setting, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions within established standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and promoting safety and quality compliance. It requires developing and documenting individualized care plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational requirement: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Licensure: Valid RN license.
- Experience: No prior experience required; two years of experience preferred.
