Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards.
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with collaborative team input, ensuring effective communication across care transitions.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- RN licensure is mandatory.
- Experience is preferred but not required; 2+ years of experience is a plus.
